About
Hi, Welcome To Blooming Into You
I am Kristen, a certified trauma recovery coach specializing in abuse recovery. My goal is to help you discover your true self and feel empowered. Moving forward can feel overwhelming and difficult, especially when others may not understand what you’re going through. If you are a victim of trauma and abuse, then you know what it feels like to have your life turned upside down. Before I can help you, it’s essential to understand why you should choose me and how I can assist you in reconnecting with your mind, body, spirit, and soul.
My Story
Throughout my life, I’ve been a victim of trauma and abuse myself. However, I have walked a healing journey and learned so much. I don’t want you to spend decades figuring it out alone. I focus on working with women like you—women who have experienced trauma and emotional abuse or who keep doubting themselves. You are not alone and don’t deserve to feel this way. My approach is simple: I believe in celebrating your resilience and not letting you dwell in the past. We do it together, and it doesn’t always have to feel heavy.
At Blooming Into You, we will focus on empowerment, self-love, and rediscovering the real you. Are you ready to create a new life filled with joy and confidence? I use a mix of techniques, from parts work and somatic work to cognitive behavioral therapy. However, the overall goal will be to help you gain clarity, take practical steps forward, and build confidence to embrace your new chapter in life. Blooming Into You will be a safe space to explore, heal, and grow. I’m here to support you every step of the way, offering empathy and guidance and holding your hand through the process.
There Is Always Light At
The End Of The Tunnel
If you’re ready to start your journey, let’s take the first step forward together—I’m ready to connect with you. If you feel lost, broken, and hopeless, know you are not alone. Something or someone led you to come here, and you’re reading this now because you realize you don’t have to be in this darkness alone. As I’ve learned through my recovery, there are several stages of trauma healing, and it has opened my eyes. Having worked with many people, I am grateful for all I’ve learned and discovered through this training and recovery process. With me as your emotional and domestic abuse guide, you will feel supported throughout the entire recovery process, where I will help you live the absolute best life you can live.
